We're still in need of volunteers for this event! We have behind the scenes volunteer positions as well as spots out on course that get you up close to the action to cheer on racers: Volunteer Sign Up

WAIVER

Sign your waiver online to make your check in process quick and easy! (Waivers must be submitted NLT Thursday September 9th or you may be required to re-sign upon checking in.)

YOUTH RACERS

TIMING

We will be using the touchless SPORTident SIAC+ timing system with rolling starts and flying finishes. Racers have the option to repeat each stage twice with their best time for each stage used to calculate overall race time.

You will receive your timing chip at packet pickup. Timing chip goes on your right wrist, on outside of clothing. Do not wear any other electronic devices on your right wrist. Bike computers/GPS is ok mounted on stem or left side of body.

TIMING CHIP MUST BE RETURNED TO TIMING IMMEDIATELY UPON COMPLETION OF RACE. You have 20 minutes after you turn in your timing chip and receive your times to protest your results. After 20 minutes all results are final. Lost or unreturned timing chips result in a $100 replacement fee.
