REFUND POLICY
**UP TO 30 DAYS prior to the event: 
FULL REFUND, less $10 refund fee per race entry;

**UP TO 14 DAYS prior to the event:
50% refund, less $10 refund fee per race entry; 
 

**LESS THAN 14 DAYS from event:
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS*

*Racers that need to withdraw from an event less than 14 days to the date may try to offer their spot up to any potential waitlist through our transfer process. See policy (below) and Race Transfer form (at right) to initiate the process. Please note, though we will try our best, there are no guarantees that we will be able to fill your spot. 7-DAY TRANSFER WINDOW POLICY

Transfer window opens exactly two weeks from the event date, and closes exactly one week prior to race day. During this time racers with a last minute conflict unable to make the event may fill out the race transfer form at right to let us know they have a spot to transfer. Racer seeking a last minute entry may fill out this same form at right to let us know they're seeking a spot for the race. We will match available spots up with racers seeking entry during the 7-day transfer window. There is a $30 transfer fee with each party required to pay 50% of this fee.
