COSTUME CONTEST
No matter how competitive your team is planning to race, you should definitely take the costume contest seriously! Show your team's spirit, personality, pride, or no pride. Each team will be scored by the volunteers on course with some seriously sweet prize packages for the team with the best costume!

RACE FORMAT
The entire team must start each stage together or within 20 seconds if spacing is required (i.e. dust) and each team member must finish each stage of the race for an overall team result.

NEUTRAL SUPPORT
Neutral Support will be on course.

FEED STATION
We will have a feed station on course. This is to supplement you. For your safety and protection is it still required that you carry enough nutrition and hydration to complete the whole race.

FIRST AID
First Aid is roaming on course in various locations, and typically available at the finish lines.

SAFETY
Safety trumps everything. Ride within yourself and make good choices. Helmets must be worn and buckled at all times while on a bike. Two helmets are allowed to be carried (XC and full face). iPods, headphones/external speakers - NO! Don't even try, this will result in an immediate DQ!

MAN DOWN RULE
If you come across a downed racer, you are required to stop and confirm if the down racer is uninjured before continuing on. If immediate medical aid is needed call 911 and/or wait for the next racer to come by. Then one racer goes to inform a race official and one racer stays with the down racer.
PASSING
If you hear “on your right” or “on your left” you need to let the faster rider pass; promptly pull off to the side of the trail when it is safe to do so. This is not a XC race... NO BLOCKING. If you've been caught by a rider that started 30 seconds behind you, they're faster than you, so let them by as soon as it's safe to do so.
View the complete CDC ENDURO RULEBOOK.

TIMING
We use the touchless SPORTident timing system. Your timing chip is located inside your race packet. It goes on your right wrist, outside of clothing. Do not wear any other electronic devices on your right wrist. Racers must return to timing to turn in their chip immediately upon finishing their last stage. Failure to do so within 30 minutes of finishing their last stage will result in being marked as a DNF. Lost timing chips result in a $100 replacement fee.

PODIUMS
Medals 3 deep for each category.
